In 2025, medddbase GmbH, founded by Walter Mutschler in 2007, was acquired by Medddbase International AG, led by Luigi Bivi and Manfred Menzi. Under the new ownership, the company has established this leadership team to drive continued growth.
Mutschler commented: "It's rewarding to see how Medddbase has flourished. I'm confident that under this strong leadership, the company will continue to thrive."
While stepping back from operations, Mutschler remains available to support the team and maintains close contact with Steffen Schanz.
